Clause 1

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern all access to and use of the YesClub88 online platform, including all gaming, sports betting, casino, live dealer, promotional and payment-related services (collectively, the "Services") made available at yesclub88.cam and any associated sub-domains, applications or interfaces operated by YesClub88 ("YesClub88", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the YesClub88 platform, placing any bet, making any deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise interacting with our Services, you ("Member", "User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

To register and maintain an Account with YesClub88, a Member must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located within, any Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the Services.
• You must register only one Account per household, device, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of associated balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, affiliate or close family member of YesClub88, or of any entity associated with the operation of YesClub88 Services.
• You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion programme applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction that would prohibit your access to gambling services.

YesClub88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, including government-issued identification, proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.

Clause 4

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Accuracy

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and primary payment details. YesClub88 does not accept pseudonymous or materially incomplete registrations. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials

Your login credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify YesClub88 immediately. YesClub88 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

YesClub88 operates mandatory KYC procedures in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and verification of your deposit payment method. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified accounts. YesClub88 may suspend withdrawal access pending completion of KYC requirements.

4.4 One Account Per Member

Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered Account with YesClub88. The operation of multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or via coordinated activity, is strictly prohibited. YesClub88 reserves the right to consolidate, suspend or close duplicate accounts and to retain any balances associated with fraudulent multi-accounting.

Clause 5

Terms of Use

As a condition of continued access to the YesClub88 platform, you agree to the following general obligations:

• You will use the Services solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use the platform to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion, arbitrage or any other activity that may prejudice the integrity of the Services or harm other users.
• You will not employ automated systems, scripts, bots, crawlers or other software tools to access or interact with the platform in any manner not explicitly authorised by YesClub88.
• You will not attempt to exploit software errors, system vulnerabilities or undocumented features for financial gain. Any such discovery should be reported to YesClub88 support promptly.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, adapt or interfere with any component of the YesClub88 platform or its underlying technology.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Services.

YesClub88 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities, without prior notice in serious cases.

Clause 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed through YesClub88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live dealer casino, slots or other games. These specific rules are displayed on the relevant product pages and form part of this Agreement by reference.

6.2 Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from the YesClub88 system. YesClub88 reserves the right to decline or void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or under circumstances involving system malfunction, human error or manifest pricing mistakes. In such cases, affected amounts will be returned to the Member's Account balance.

6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

YesClub88 offers betting markets across domestic and international football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League), UFC, motorsport and other sports. All sporting bets are settled based on verified official results from the relevant governing body. Results declared by third-party news sources or unofficial feeds do not constitute settlement grounds.

6.4 Live Casino & Slot Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer outcomes streamed in real time. YesClub88 does not control individual game outcomes, which are governed by the mathematics of the relevant game. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Clause 7

Bonuses & Promotions

YesClub88 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, cashback incentives, referral rewards, reload bonuses, migration bonuses and other promotional schemes to eligible Members. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members aged 21 and above only, and are limited to one claim per Member, household, IP address and payment method unless specifically stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are detailed in the specific promotional terms accompanying each offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged. Any indication of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• YesClub88 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would materially prejudice a Member who has already commenced fulfilment of an active wagering requirement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, YesClub88's interpretation of the applicable terms shall be final and binding.

Clause 8

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

8.1 Accepted Payment Methods

YesClub88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-localised payment channels, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also accepted. Availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change.

8.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

8.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, absence of pending bonus wagering requirements, and YesClub88's review procedures. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers — typically 15 to 60 minutes. 8.4 Currency

Account balances, bets and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to MYR at the applicable rate at the time of the transaction. YesClub88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

8.5 Anti-Money Laundering

YesClub88 maintains procedures consistent with anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits must be funded from legitimate personal sources. YesClub88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory documentation.

Clause 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the YesClub88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of YesClub88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the YesClub88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, transmission, publication or creation of derivative works based on YesClub88 content without prior written consent from YesClub88.

Clause 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YesClub88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.

YesClub88 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free of harmful components. While YesClub88 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform stability and security, temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failure or third-party service disruption may occur.

YesClub88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Clause 12

Suspension & Termination

YesClub88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where YesClub88 reasonably believes that:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest conduct has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• An Account is being used in connection with money laundering, financial crime or the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• A Member is under the age of 21 or has provided false eligibility information;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to YesClub88;
• A Member has applied for or should be subject to a self-exclusion measure.

Upon termination for cause, YesClub88 may forfeit bonus funds and any winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity. Real-money balances confirmed as legitimately deposited will be processed for return to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding review or investigation.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting YesClub88 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once any active bonus conditions or pending withdrawal reviews are resolved.

Clause 13

Amendments to These Terms

YesClub88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via account notification or email, and an updated "Last Updated" date will be reflected at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the YesClub88 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Services and contact support to arrange account closure.

Clause 14

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. YesClub88 operates as an English-language online gaming platform targeting the Malaysian market.
